We have some very helpful woodcare experts ready to give you a hand with your woodcare related queries.  They’re available from 8am - 9pm.  If they’re not around, you can leave a message and we’ll get back to you.

Come back anytime and pick up your conversation

The conversation picks up where you left off, so you can come back and ask additional questions anytime throughout your project.  If you’re talking to us through the website, you’ll just need to keep your page open.   Think of our as your virtual assistant in your pocket.

You can message us 24/7. Our woodcare experts are available from 8am-9pm Monday to Friday.   If they’re not available, you can still leave them a message and they’ll get back to you when they can.
