Cabot's CFP Hardener is a reactive additive that gives greater hardness and wear resistance in a shorter period of time when added to CFP Floor Oil Based. CFP Hardener is ideal for use in high traffic areas. This product is only to be used with CFP Floor Oil Based and must not be used for any other purpose.

Application

1. Pour the required amount of CFP Hardener into Cabot's CFP Floor Oil Based at the rate of 250ml per 4L and stir thoroughly.

Where smaller or larger quantities are required, carefully measure 62ml of CFP Hardener per litre of Cabot’s CFP Floor Oil Based.

2. Stir the mixture thoroughly. The mixture is suitable for application by pad applicator, brush or roller. Do not apply by spray.

Note: Once mixed, the product must be used within 2 hours. 

Mix a fresh batch for each coat. Do not seal cans after mixing as pressure build up may occur.

Full cure rate for normal foot traffic: 72 hours. Please note: All curing timings are quoted at 25°C and 50% humidity. Cooler, humid conditions and how heavy the coating was applied may extend this rate.
